Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and send RFPs to applicable insurance carriers and compile results as they come in.
  • •Review contracts, benefit plan summaries, and carrier source documents for accuracy under direction.
  • •Create and maintain client files and policy records according to office procedures.
  • •Lead client and insurance personnel inquiries (e.g., ID card requests, claims, billing) and develop ongoing client relationships.
  • •Assist with compliance audits, file Form 5500 when needed, and support client projects, reporting, and client communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred.
  • •More than 2-3 years of client service and/or industry and product line experience.
