Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and development of bulk chemicals and slurry distribution systems across concept-, basic-, and detailed design stages.
  • •Design plant and piping components for storage and distribution of chemicals, including piping layouts and isometric drawings and BOQ generation.
  • •Specify storage and treatment systems, components, and piping distribution, and define system performance guarantee parameters.
  • •Monitor and optimize technical system KPIs (timeline, cost, quality) and identify/mitigate process bottlenecks through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Enforce safety and compliance by implementing protocols for hazardous and cryogenic gases, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards and reviewing vendor design calculations and schematics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in semiconductor fabrication, process engineering, or related fields.
