Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general laboring duties including shoveling, raking, moving materials, setting/cleaning concrete forms, and pouring concrete while maintaining housekeeping and safety.
  • •Adhere to MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply safety rules and complete daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA's, TRACK).
  • •Support grade setting and alignment by measuring from grade stakes, driving stakes, stretching tight line, and signaling construction equipment operators.
  • •Assist with traffic control setup by erecting, moving, and dismantling signs, barricades, cones, and supporting traffic flagging.
  • •Help load/unload/carry tools, operate equipment (e.g., pick-up/flat bed/stake body truck), and use tools like air hammer/chisel and power saw.
