Environmental Services Manager

Provide strategic and operational leadership for environmental services across Serco’s cleaning, laundry, and waste portfolio throughout the ASPAC region. In the Operations Hub team, you’ll drive consistency, service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex contract environments, supporting a workforce of 1,900+ employees. Lead standardised procedures and mobilisation activities, influence stakeholders, and build capability through coaching and sharing industry best practice.
