Key Responsibilities

  • •Build coded UX prototypes that behave like real product experiences and enable AI tools to generate engineering specs and requirements from code diffs.
  • •Co-create user flows and experience direction with PMs and engineers, mapping complex IA, developer workflows, permissions models, and multi-product interactions into intuitive patterns.
  • •Conduct lightweight, practical research (interviews, surveys, UAT, quick validation) when needed and proceed without research when appropriate to maintain momentum.
  • •Create UX diagrams and UX architectures using tools like Miro and align designs with technical realities, constraints, and team input.
  • •Provide structured UX reviews across product teams and coach engineers on UX fundamentals, usability, accessibility, and interaction patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of experience designing enterprise software or developer platforms, with the maturity to influence across multiple product teams.
  • •Experience collaborating deeply with engineers, with hybrid UX/engineering backgrounds strongly preferred.
  • •Comfort building working UX prototypes in code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React familiarity).
  • •Skilled in lightweight research (interviews, surveys, usability tests/UAT) and knowing when to research vs ship.
  • •Strong UX judgment for complex technical domains and the ability to simplify aggressively within constraints.
