Engineering Project Manager Manufacturing

Oversee engineering projects in manufacturing from conception through completion, partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Own project safety, scope development, cost estimates, forecasts, schedules, and risk mitigation. Monitor progress, manage issues, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and USDA/FDA regulations while driving continuous improvement. Lead complex projects with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across plant locations.
