Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cross-team programs to build billing platform foundations from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery.
  • •Standardize intake for new commercial work with a framework, clear owners, and sequenced dependencies across billing teams and stakeholders.
  • •Own promotions programs end to end from proposal through configuration to reconciliation for self-serve and sales-led programs.
  • •Own commercialization and launch readiness for billing so no new product/SKU launches without pricing, metering, invoicing, and reporting in place.
  • •Own the change process for the charge pipeline and run payments operations programs with finance and treasury, including currency and FX.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of technical program management experience owning cross-functional programs end to end.
  • •Reason about metering, invoicing, and payment flows and the data pipelines behind them.
  • •Have run launch readiness programs so commercial and billing paths are in place before a product ships.
  • •Build trust with billing engineering, finance and treasury, GTM systems, product, and support, translating between teams.
  • •Comfort driving outcomes across teams that don’t report to you.
