Job Summary

Support day-to-day stockroom operations for the Karrinyup Performance Concept Store, including logistics, inventory management, and product movement to the sales floor. Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with staffing/resource feedback and delivering a premium stockroom model. Ensure compliance with global retail back-of-house directives and propose improvements to build a world-class outlet experience, while helping drive store profitability and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
•Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with resource feedback to meet stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
•Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Drive and ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the store back of house.
•Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets and support outstanding consumer experiences while meeting commercial goals.

Key Requirements

•Support day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service to deliver a premium concept store experience.
•Provide feedback to the Store Manager/Assistant Manager on required store resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
•Drive compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and back-of-house standards.
•Represent adidas brand and product values in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Prior experience as a retail team leader for men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear, with knowledge of stockroom procedures, is highly regarded.
