Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with clients via incoming phone queue, outgoing phone requests, and email in an efficient and positive manner
•Provide knowledgeable insurance advice to clients on current prices, coverage, and opportunities
•Stay up to date with insurer market change and follow all insurer and Aon workflows to ensure accuracy and minimize E&O exposure
•Advise and process client requests in insurer portals and our BMS ensuring all underwriting criteria is correct and the client informed to ensure mutually agreeable outcome
•Upsell or cross-sell products/service to existing clients or new business prospects

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience in Home and Auto Personal Lines insurance with proven customer service success
•Post-secondary diploma or degree or a combination of education and equivalent years
•Valid provincial license
•Strong time management and prioritization abilities
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
