Job Summary

Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment in a blow-molding environment by completing scheduled PMs, managing work orders, and tracking machine performance to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Administer MRO inventory processes (including SAP part numbers and inventory min/max, cycle counts), support changeovers with accurate documentation, lead 5S projects, and ensure safety, GMP compliance, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete daily assigned maintenance jobs, keep machines running efficiently, and communicate issues to enable timely repairs.
•Manage PMs and parts for assigned lines, including scheduling, auditing, and ensuring PMs are completed and entered into the FMS logbook.
•Create and maintain work orders for parts, tasks, and issues; review open work orders daily and close them out in a timely manner.
•Administer the MRO program, including obtaining SAP part numbers, setting inventory min/max, performing cycle counts, and maintaining stock room organization.
•Lead 5S projects, participate in SMED events and changeovers using accurate changeover sheets, and support training and safety/SOP compliance.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with blow molding machinery and related equipment.

•Ability to recognize values/numbers, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
•Proficient electronic data-entry and strong communication skills for shift and management interactions.
