Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily assigned maintenance jobs, keep machines running efficiently, and communicate issues to enable timely repairs.
  • •Manage PMs and parts for assigned lines, including scheduling, auditing, and ensuring PMs are completed and entered into the FMS logbook.
  • •Create and maintain work orders for parts, tasks, and issues; review open work orders daily and close them out in a timely manner.
  • •Administer the MRO program, including obtaining SAP part numbers, setting inventory min/max, performing cycle counts, and maintaining stock room organization.
  • •Lead 5S projects, participate in SMED events and changeovers using accurate changeover sheets, and support training and safety/SOP compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with blow molding machinery and related equipment.
