Contracting Project Manager

Lead multi-million dollar construction and energy services HVAC controls projects end-to-end, managing project financials, schedules, documentation, and customer satisfaction. Support sales with quote preparation, project development, and proposals, validate scope/cost/schedule, and manage change orders. Oversee subcontractors through RFQs and execution, collaborate with Controls PM, and ensure compliance with contract terms and governing agencies.
