Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of program and project managers to deliver global Enterprise Architecture and S/4 transformation portfolios.
  • •Own end-to-end program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business outcomes.
  • •Transform PMO frameworks by defining governance models, delivery standards, and AI/data-driven improvements for forecasting, risk, resources, and reporting.
  • •Establish program governance with milestones, KPIs, risk/issue management, and escalation pathways; ensure consistent execution via templates, dashboards, and reporting.
  • •Partner with sponsors, solution managers, architects, and global teams to align scope, resources, and delivery plans across IT, business, and system integrator partners.
