Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and on time over required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • •Maneuver truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; assist with loading/unloading using specialized equipment when needed.
  • •Maintain signed invoices, bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation when the route is complete.
  • •Facilitate routine truck service (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, air) and report maintenance issues; arrange trailers in shipping yards.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold either a Class A CDL or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle’s weight.

  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
