Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the financial operating calendar (monthly, quarterly, annually), owning templates, data pulls, and deliverables while chasing cross-functional inputs.
  • •Consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning by collecting and validating division submissions and building consolidated actuals vs. plan/forecast.
  • •Produce variance and driver analysis and draft the initial story behind movements and implications for executive review.
  • •Build executive materials—exhibits, models, and presentation materials for monthly business reviews, quarterly reviews, and planning sessions.
  • •Use AI tooling and modern data tools to reduce recurring manual work and speed up the path from raw data to finished analysis for a company-wide scope.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, consulting or strategy, or investment banking; exposure to corporate consolidations, month-end close, or multi-entity reporting is a plus.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including the ability to build audit-ready models.
  • •Experience working across financial systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation, planning tools) with an understanding of how data flows between them.
  • •Fluency with current AI tools applied to real work—able to explain what you built, where it worked, and where you chose not to trust outputs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; must be a U.S. Person for required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
