Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with compliance intake of new direct and indirect investing opportunities for BXMA private commingled funds and accounts, coordinating with investment partners and internal teams.
  • •Serve as point of contact for potential investment targets and partners to facilitate investment diligence.
  • •Draft, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to adapt to new product needs and strategies.
  • •Perform trade compliance functions and help maintain BXMA’s restricted list.
  • •Coordinate conflict clearances and manage/document confidential investment information flows in line with information wall policies, including exposure to AI-enabled workflow automation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience at an asset manager, hedge fund, investment adviser, or financial services organization engaged in private and open market trading.
