Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the industrial transformation roadmap for the site and deploy it with leadership, product, and commercial teams.
  • •Structure and drive transformation workstreams, follow KPIs and steering rituals, and run periodic reviews.
  • •Reorganize the value stream using VSM, 3P, and 5S; analyze physical flows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize industrial processes.
  • •Support operational performance improvement through Tier meetings (T1–T3), Gemba, Daily Accountability Process, and standard work.
  • •Drive ramp-up and results across safety, quality, cost, delivery, lead time, and team engagement while coordinating industrialization/capacity-up projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience leading complex transformation programs with multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong stakeholder communication skills.
