Key Responsibilities

•Design marine environment structures including quay walls, piers, jetties, revetment, breakwaters, fendering, scour protection, linkspan supports, and dolphins.
•Plan, prepare, and complete technical deliverables to a high standard.
•Produce and present calculations using tools such as ROBOT, GRLWEAP, WALLAP, TEDDS, and PLAXIS 3D.
•Review and comment on design, drawings, specifications, technical notes, and reports to ensure timely and accurate results.
•Mentor staff and support their technical development; assist with tenders and construction supervision of maritime structures.

Key Requirements

•MEng or BEng qualified in civil or structural engineering.
•Ability to obtain SC security clearance.

•Experience presenting calculations to a high standard and using current computer software such as ROBOT, GRLWEAP, WALLAP, TEDDS, and PLAXIS 3D.
•Good understanding of British Standards, Eurocodes, and maritime best practice.
