Job Summary

Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer on the founding Cogentiq team, partnering with enterprise customers to design AI-powered solutions and deploy them from proof of concept to production. Build production-grade backend services, microservices, and integrations with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, and Databricks. Turn deployment learnings into reusable connectors, APIs, SDKs, and platform capabilities, while troubleshooting deployments for reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop production-grade AI applications using the Cogentiq platform.
•Deploy enterprise AI solutions from proof of concept to production and troubleshoot deployments for performance, reliability, and security.
•Build integrations with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, Databricks) and other business systems.
•Develop reusable connectors, APIs, SDKs, MCP servers, and automation components.
•Collaborate with customer engineering and business teams to gather requirements, run technical workshops, and deliver successful AI solutions.

Key Requirements

•Experience building production-grade backend applications, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
•Proficiency with Python; experience with Java or TypeScript is a plus.
•Hands-on AI engineering experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
•Experience integrating enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, Databricks) and working with SQL, REST, and GraphQL APIs.
•Experience deploying cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud using Docker and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD and observability.
