Facilitate customer vehicle deliveries end-to-end by ensuring vehicle readiness, completing documentation, and guiding customers through their Lucid vehicle’s key features and functions. Manage pre- and post-delivery conversations, support lease-end vehicle return intake and scheduling, and coordinate with Sales and transport partners. Use Salesforce to document delivery activities while refining your approach based on customer feedback to deliver a consistently exceptional experience.
