Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an SME to guide the pod’s investment, sequencing, and declines within the problem space.
  • •Own team culture by building a high-trust environment enabling engineers to do impactful work and grow technically.
  • •Partner with PMs and designers on planning, dependencies, timelines, and risks to deliver effectively.
  • •Set a high bar for execution, define quality measures across both mobile platforms, and drive data-driven investments.
  • •Hire well and represent the team’s work while maintaining transparency with leadership early to prevent issues from becoming emergencies.
