Job Summary

Serve as an Account Executive II for Construction & Infrastructure, partnering with senior team members to shape coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new opportunities. Manage client and underwriting relationships, review documentation for accuracy, and process policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Analyze risk exposures and present tailored proposals, including premium adjustment calculations and ongoing program monitoring. Support complex surety programs in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior team members on coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and prospective business opportunities.
•Respond to client requests and inquiries, and maintain up-to-date documentation for new business and renewals.
•Analyze client risk exposures and coverage needs; develop and present tailored marketing proposals.
•Process and/or issue insurance items including new policies, renewals, endorsements, additions, deletions, and cancellations.
•Calculate premium adjustments and monitor/report on ongoing insurance or risk retention programs to meet performance goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant Property & Casualty insurance experience, with strong preference for Construction Surety Bonds expertise.
•Build strong rapport and collaborate effectively with high-level clients and stakeholders.
•Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to thorough review and peer collaboration.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to create client presentations.
