Job Summary

Drive end-to-end commercial improvement across the Business Energy portfolio, supporting SME and Industrial & Commercial (I&C) segments and optimisation of CPPA and sustainable energy solutions. Improve sales processes, customer journeys, systems, and commercial frameworks to increase efficiency, scalability, and performance. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Product, Operations, Digital, Wholesale, and Compliance/Legal to deliver improvement roadmaps, metrics, tenders/RfQs/RfPs submissions, and customer lifecycle outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive commercial improvement initiatives across SME, I&C and PPA sales channels.
•Improve end-to-end customer lifecycle performance from lead through to billing.
•Optimise CPPA end-to-end processes including contract negotiation, governance, onboarding, and in-contract lifecycle management.
•Enhance sales effectiveness across direct and partner channels by defining and tracking commercial performance metrics.
•Coordinate tender/RfQ/RfP submission packs for CPPA opportunities and work with Compliance, Legal, Regulation, and Cyber teams to evolve required capabilities for Business Energy Sales.

•Experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering improvements in a structured way.
