Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide well-site service to customers under general supervision, applying formal training to fluids chemistry, hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing.
  • •Work with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals to apply knowledge of products, rig operations, and separation/waste management technologies.
  • •Conduct and interpret routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions and optimize fluid performance.
  • •Operate, maintain, and optimize separation and waste management equipment at the rig site.
  • •Mentor and assist in the development of junior employees while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of fluids and separation equipment experience
  • •Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field preferred
  • •High school diploma or equivalent required
  • •Baroid Core Training Course at Halliburton or other recognized program
  • •Strong understanding of fluids, separation and waste management technologies
