Job Summary

Assist the APAC safeguarding control team in ensuring the safeguarding control framework runs smoothly across payments/e-money and investment business. Support compliant product launches, coordinate policy/procedure attestations, and help implement first-line assurance. Maintain the APAC safeguarding risk and controls matrix, support discrepancy escalation with SMEs, and contribute to incident management, MAS regulatory reporting, and annual safeguarding audit coordination.

•Assist safeguarding specialists and controllers to ensure the APAC safeguarding control framework runs smoothly across regimes.
•Help ensure new product launches are compliant with safeguarding regulations and controlled proportionately.
•Coordinate policy and procedure completeness, obtain attestations on control operation and alignment to the controls framework, and support first-line defence assurance.
•Maintain the APAC safeguarding risk and controls matrix for APAC entities and help link incidents to control failures to surface themes for senior management.
•Support MAS safeguarding regulatory reporting preparation, discrepancy escalation for safeguarding reconciliations, and annual safeguarding audit coordination.

Salary: SGD 8,250 - 11,700 monthly

•Ability to take ownership, be proactive in resolving complex issues, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
•Understanding the value of balanced risk and controls to support business growth, working well in a multinational team environment.
