Job Summary

Lead automation and control software efforts for subsea control production systems. You will develop and maintain PLC and/or SCADA applications (including functions, troubleshooting, source control, and code quality), prepare and review software and interface requirements, and own key engineering deliverables like FDS, SRS, and software design documents. Collaborate across global engineering teams to ensure contract compliance and standardized, robust embedded functionality for sensor- and system-based control.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution of software projects within subsea control production systems.
•Develop and maintain PLC and/or SCADA applications, including adding new functions, troubleshooting, managing source control, and ensuring code quality.
•Report project progress and resource status, and provide technical input to project plans.
•Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure unit engineering meets contract specifications and local regulatory requirements.
•Own key control systems deliverables (System FDS, Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Documents, and system test procedures).

Salary: PLN 166,400 - 228,800

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science-based discipline, or equivalent experience.
•Automation experience with strong expertise in PLC and HMI/SCADA technologies (Twincat Soft PLC and Ignition SCADA preferred).
•Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, CAN, Ethernet UDP, and OPC UA.
•Solid knowledge of object-oriented design principles and modern software development methodologies.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with willingness to travel to company-assigned sites.
