Job Summary

We are hiring multiple levels of Traffic Engineers and Designers to support transportation design projects in the southern US, including highway design, signing and pavement markings, and traffic signal design. Work on Design/Build or alternative delivery mega-projects using Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads in a hybrid office/remote setting.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Work on design projects for highway transportation, including signing, pavement markings, and traffic signal design
•Collaborate with design teams on large Design/Build or alternative delivery projects
•Utilize Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads for road geometry, alignment, and detailing
•Prepare and review traffic signing/pavement marking plans and related documentation
•Support senior engineers and task leads in delivering high-quality traffic engineering solutions on megaprojects

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience for junior/mid/senior roles
•BS Degree for CAD Designers or BS in Engineering for Engineers; additional years of related experience as listed (2 years for junior, 6 years for mid, 10 years for senior) or equivalent
•EIT Certification or PE License (preferred)
•State DOT experience (preferred)
•Knowledge and prior use of the AASHTO Green Book and MUTCD (preferred)
