Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate projects for 3 or more PSLs in accordance with company policies and requirements.
  • •Lead regularly scheduled meetings to review performance indicators and implement systems to drive efficiencies and performance.
  • •Support problem solving during execution (SQ or Risk) and supervise investigations on SQ events.
  • •Maintain documentation and ensure personnel are working from the latest project procedures and expectations.
  • •Conduct performance reviews and liaise with District and Project Leadership on lessons learned and cross-PSL issues before invoicing.

  • •Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of related experience; minimum 2 years of full-time oil and gas experience.
