Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a strong safety culture within the GQA organization and ensure compliance with laboratory and process safety standards.
  • •Lead initiatives related to safety, environmental reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods to support contamination prevention and the introduction of new products (NPIs).
  • •Conduct qualification tests and stability studies, and troubleshoot/optimize analytical methods using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, IR, and titration techniques.
  • •Manage analytical technology transfer to manufacturing sites and third-party partners (especially in Latin America), and support quality incident investigations and CAPAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in chemistry, quality control, or quality assurance, preferably in regulated manufacturing or R&D environments.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in laboratory safety, including promoting and managing safe laboratory practices.
  • •Proficiency in developing, validating, and troubleshooting analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, IR spectroscopy, and titration.
  • •Experience with analytical technology transfer and collaboration with external manufacturing partners is a plus.
