Lead store sales efforts to consistently meet and exceed individual store goals. Inspire and coach associates on the sales floor to drive clientele growth, retention, and excellent customer experience measured through NPS. Oversee inventory accuracy and daily store operations, support merchandising presentation standards, and provide real-time feedback to store leadership on sales, product, and allocation.
