Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry personal welder qualification card on site and attend required TBSM and TBQM sessions on time.
  • •Ensure valid WPS is available for the joint to be worked on and adhere to it during welding.
  • •Survey the surrounding area to minimize fire, explosion, and injury risks caused by welding activities.
  • •Inspect welding equipment and the complete weld/substrate for non-conformances or damage; report to the foreman and perform rectification as advised.
  • •Maintain and manage welding equipment and tools, keep welds clean, and complete required stamping/matrix documentation (welder ID, WPS, preheat, completion date).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Senior High School graduate.
