Key Responsibilities

•Programme Delivery: Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes, and own execution of functions/elements of large-scale programmes, ensuring measurable benefits.
•Leadership & Vision: Establish and drive the direction of the programme, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.
•Industry Expertise: Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies, preferably in a real estate environment.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Operate across middle management and senior levels, engaging client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
•People Management: Act as a first-class people manager, nurturing both internal talent and client teams.

Key Requirements

•Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate.
•Ability to work in relevant programme management process and systems.
•Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
•Degree qualified in a relevant field.
•Professional membership desirable
