Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end users across the enterprise, including United States and internationally, and handle escalations with mobile leads using ticketing tools.
  • •Architect, administer, maintain, monitor, back up, and provide contingency support for multiple MDM technologies and environments.
  • •Design and support enterprise mobility operations solutions, including service delivery, user experience, and security improvement opportunities.
  • •Execute system upgrades for on-prem and cloud servers and coordinate installations, upgrades, and integrations with stakeholders and infrastructure teams.
  • •Create and maintain Knowledge Based Articles, documentation, SOPs, and system architecture guides and diagrams following organizational templates and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience architecting and deploying process improvement solutions.
  • •Experience working with international teams and end users.
  • •Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and help desk ticketing software.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow (or a related software) and wireless service providers.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship is required.
