Key Requirements

  • •At least 5-7/7-10 years of experience in industrial or specialty insurance industry focused on front-line business development.
  • •Strong, long-term relationship building with brokers within the local market at peer group level.

  • •Experience working internationally, including remotely managing and developing regional teams in a matrix organization.
  • •Professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII) and a preferred degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
