Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable, reproducible account growth for the DOD Army team by developing strategic direction, intelligence/positioning, and account plans.
  • •Build and maintain an opportunities pipeline, set opportunity targets, and coordinate capture plans and teaming for major pursuits.
  • •Support monthly account performance tracking (bookings vs. projections), prepare situational reports, and optimize portfolio quality across regions/business lines.
  • •Own pursuit support activities including weekly Salesforce pipeline review, assist with negotiations, and lead big proposals with risk management sign-offs and pricing/prposal review.
  • •Lead/manage key client relationships, manage X-sell opportunities and corrective actions, and serve on JV boards for larger programs to maintain compliance awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with AECOM’s business lines.
  • •15+ years working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches with outstanding communication and expert negotiation skills.
  • •Experience with project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals (CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus).
