Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to own production ML systems across classical ML, LLMs, and computer vision. You will fine-tune open-weight models for large-scale document understanding, build robust ranking and retrieval pipelines, design production-grade LLM agents, and shape data/evaluation infrastructure to support reliable, legal-grade outputs for Indian property documents. You’ll work in a small, senior team directly impacting real-world property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain production ML systems spanning classical ML, LLMs, and CV for document understanding at scale.
•Build and optimize ranking/retrieval and entity resolution pipelines for noisy government records and legal documents.
•Design and deploy production-grade LLM agents for land-records search and title diligence, including tool design and context management.
•Define annotation taxonomies and eval sets, ensuring models generalize to real-world document distributions.
•Collaborate with a small, senior team to shape architectural decisions and drive measurable quality improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,500,000 - 4,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years building ML systems in production, with shipped work across at least two of: classical ML, LLMs/NLP, computer vision.
•Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-weight models (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, preference optimization) or training CV/document models (detection, layout, OCR pipelines).
•Strong Python expertise and engineering discipline to write maintainable code; experience with PyTorch is a plus.
•Experience with production-grade LLM engineering: prompt/context design, constrained outputs, RAG, agent tool design, and production-quality evals.
•Nice-to-have: Indic languages, OCR for degraded documents, multilingual NLP; experience with agentic systems and LLM orchestration frameworks
