Job Summary

Provide safe, comprehensive care in the NICU/Paeds unit while supporting the Unit Manager to mitigate clinical risks and coordinate care delivery. Manage the client experience, optimize staffing resources, and build staff competence through continuous assessment and development. Assist with operational expense management, while also delivering direct patient care and mentoring new and student nurses.
