Job Summary

Lead a production unit of 170+ employees onsite in Broken Arrow, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Partner with the Factory Manager and site leadership on strategic projects, budgeting, operational planning, audits, and people development. Sustain standardized work and SOPs, enable continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and 5S, and support digitalization, capital investment planning, and new product development inputs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the production unit’s performance and output, including financial responsibility for fabrication and assembly.
•Create production budget/forecasts and follow up monthly while setting safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
•Drive safety and quality culture improvements with EHS and Quality teams, and ensure ALPS expectations are embedded in daily operations.
•Secure standardized work and SOPs; perform ALPS audits and support problem solving and improvement activities.
•Plan operational work with staffing plans, support capital investment and digitalization needs, and contribute to training and new product development inputs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 118,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
•At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including oversight of a large workforce.
•Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
•Experience with manufacturing MRP / ERP systems.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
