Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute business development strategies to surpass revenue and profitability goals across freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and integrated supply chain solutions.
  • •Own branch P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.
  • •Lead negotiations for RFQs, bids, and contract renewals while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • •Manage customer relationships by overseeing service delivery, issue resolution, and increasing loyalty and satisfaction.
  • •Build and develop the branch team through coaching and leadership, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Aramex quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in branch management or commercial roles within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • •Proven success in business development, customer acquisition, and managing key accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • •Full profit and loss responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance.
  • •Demonstrated leadership ability managing and inspiring teams, with strong negotiation, pricing, and stakeholder management skills.
