Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and maintenance of a logistics cost taxonomy framework and help analyze spend and operational data to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for operational performance, cost management, and customer service metrics, including building interactive visualizations and automating reporting.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and support deployment and adoption of analytics platforms such as Celonis and Tableau.
  • •Participate in process mining and operational analytics initiatives to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner with logistics operations teams globally to present findings and support projects across transportation, warehouse operations, brokerage, and network optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related).
  • •Recent graduate or graduating within the current academic year.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization concepts.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience or coursework exposure to BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is preferred.
