Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing optimization of Visa loyalty capabilities across CEMEA markets.
  • •Design loyalty product solutions and enhancements with vendors/technology teams; collaborate with vendor and client loyalty teams to create value-add programs and customer experience initiatives.
  • •Drive go-to-market and sales leadership for new issuers, including market launch content, communication methodology, opt-out management, contract management, and MDF tracking.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and governance, including weekly status meetings, quarterly business reviews, SLAs, cybersecurity findings closure, and vendor agreement updates.
  • •Own implementation and future functionality development: manage program launch calendars, integration timelines, program milestones, redemption operations support, and remediation with Visa Cybersecurity and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of strong experience in loyalty solutions, using analytical and project/program management skills to implement solutions.
  • •Minimum 10-12 years of experience in payments product management, payment processing, operations, or consulting, with experience in new product launch and program management (desirable).
  • •Ability to translate market developments and evolving client needs into practical Visa solutions as a curious, fast-learning self-starter.
  • •Technically astute to work through functional specifications, market nuances, and client payment ecosystems.
  • •Proficiency in English is a must due to focus on specific markets.
