  • •Ensure all new team member documentation is completed timely and submitted correctly.
  • •Facilitate learning courses and support training delivery, including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training.
  • •Identify language barriers, assess the need for interpreters, and help new team members acclimate to the facility and qualification process.
  • •Support leadership development programs and the Upward Academy initiative, collect and analyze survey feedback for improvements, and act as backup for the hiring team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • •2+ years of professional experience; previous training and facilitation experience preferred.
  • •Strong HR administrative skills preferred and the ability to manage onboarding/learning documentation accurately and on time.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; must speak, read, and write English to communicate policies and procedures.
  • •Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; operations and manufacturing experience and bilingual ability are preferred.
