Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a platform domain end to end, including architecture, roadmap, reliability, security posture, and cost.
  • •Lead design and trade-off discussions across performance, scalability, cost, security, and reliability, and document decisions.
  • •Build multi-tenant infrastructure that client engagements can self-serve onto without becoming a delivery bottleneck.
  • •Advance agent-native engineering with safe execution environments, credential/secret handling, internal tooling and MCP servers, and evaluation of agent impact.
  • •Set standards for how the engineering organization works with coding agents, partner with client-facing engineering teams, mentor engineers, and run on-call/post-incident review.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing and operating production Kubernetes at multi-team scale on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • •Deep experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps delivery, including how they degrade when implemented poorly.
  • •Strong grounding in identity and SSO, workload identity, secrets management, and network policy; able to reason about threat models.
  • •Strong Python skills building tooling for platform needs.
  • •Exceptional practical command of agentic coding tools, including building harnesses/guardrails and understanding where agents add value vs. cost.
