Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze structural systems for building cores, shells, and foundations, including steel, concrete, and masonry elements.
  • •Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with codes (IBC, ACI, AISC).
  • •Coordinate with architects and other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to integrate structural design into facility plans.
  • •Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction-phase support.
  • •Perform load calculations, seismic/wind analysis, and support permitting and regulatory compliance for retrofits and expansions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

  • •Knowledge of building codes and standards; strong technical writing and coordination skills.
  • •PE license preferred; experience with Navisworks and BIM workflows is a plus.
