Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous configuration of the People tech ecosystem, ensuring system hygiene and deep integration with HiBob and Greenhouse.
  • •Architect and scale People team automation and agent infrastructure, manage the AI budget, and drive intentional, compliant LLM use in HR workflows.
  • •Develop, clean, and maintain People metrics across the employee lifecycle, delivering self-service dashboards for leadership and governance needs.
  • •Deliver end-to-end system integration work, including custom integrations, enhancements, and new tool rollouts from requirements to testing and adoption.
  • •Act as internal product owner by translating ambiguous needs into technical blueprints, prioritizing the systems backlog, and eliminating operational friction with People Services and PBPs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS management, and People Operations, including hands-on mastery of HiBob (must-have).
  • •Experience building robust workflow automations using low-code/no-code platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate) and executing custom integrations via REST APIs (must-have).
  • •Strong data modeling and BI semantic-layer skills, including building Power BI datasets and working with dbt (must-have).
  • •Practical AI/LLM experience applying AI to business processes with appropriate human-in-the-loop guardrails.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical leaders and manage change effectively, with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
