Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation, including handover to Operations.
  • •Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure client requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • •Ensure projects deliver the as-sold solution, stay within baseline budget, achieve quality criteria, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • •Contribute to pre-sales by providing proposals.
  • •Facilitate cross-team coordination, perform project planning and risk mitigation, and manage escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant project management skills to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • •Experience implementing SAP projects, including SAP ERP and SuccessFactors.
  • •Project management experience in a multinational professional services environment.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the project lifecycle and competency in project change management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management or a related field; PMP certification preferred and required.
