Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble Main, PT, and Reactor cores and related sub-assemblies per customer specifications, blueprints, and procedures.
  • •Follow engineering drawings and load cores/coils onto the stacking line to stack cores around coil legs.
  • •Label units with order numbers, apply steel banding straps, and build sub-assemblies to OPS and quality standards using calibrated tools.
  • •Operate brazing equipment and test finished units using a TTR tester; troubleshoot issues.
  • •Perform rework on damaged/defective components, transport assemblies, conduct routine maintenance, and adhere to safety and 5S+ housekeeping standards.
