Job Summary

Own service delivery across a designated area at RNAS Culdrose by coordinating reactive repairs, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and Billable Works. Serve as the key point of contact between VIVO, Defence Infrastructure Organisation, and site stakeholders, managing supply chain partners and performance against KPIs and budgets. Maintain CAFM records, ensure safe contractor documentation and permits, and drive continuous improvement with a strong Health & Safety and compliance focus.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of facilities management services across the estate.
•Oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance, statutory compliance activities, and Billable Works to agreed performance standards and budgets.
•Manage service performance using KPIs, proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities, and review progress against targets.
•Manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure safe, efficient work in line with contractual requirements, with correct documentation and permits.
•Maintain accurate records through CAFM systems and provide technical guidance to site teams, customers, and stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 42,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience managing facilities management, maintenance, or operational service delivery in a complex environment with strong compliance knowledge.
•Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple workstreams while managing supply chain performance to agreed targets.
•Experience delivering reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, project work, statutory compliance, and Billable Works.
•Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements, Safe Systems of Work, RAMS, permits, and relevant legislation (including asbestos, legionella, and fire safety).
•A relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience), with advantageous additions such as IOSH or SMSTS.
