Senior Manager Tax Planning and Controversy

Lead global tax planning initiatives for Ferguson’s tax team, including transfer pricing analyses, cost allocation studies, M&A support, restructurings, and other tax projects. Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and take a leadership role in income tax audits and related indirect tax audits. Guide Tax Managers and Analysts, ensure compliance and SOX impacts are communicated and handled, and manage external service providers.
