  • •Lead and mentor carrier relations specialists across LATAM, building a collaborative, high-performance, region-aware culture.
  • •Partner with Sales and Product to analyze market trends and co-develop country-specific supply strategies for LATAM markets.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with regional/local carriers and other suppliers to expand coverage and optimize service delivery.
  • •Navigate local telecommunications regulations and upcoming policy changes to adapt supply strategy while maintaining compliance across LATAM territories.
