  • •Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and resolve complex requests, including problem-solving with Claude.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and scheduling systems, with capacity deconfliction and work order management.
  • •Ability to build and maintain a schedule in a capacity-constrained environment and recover it as priorities, hardware availability, or test outcomes change.
